I bought my I-Phone SE 4 days ago, and it's still not activated.  Very unhappy about this,  I have been 

with VZW since 2005.  I feel like this is very unacceptable , and Customer Service told me there was 

nothing they could do , as there is a ticket for it waiting at the help desk.
