I was singled out for bad treatment

I need to escalate a complaint re being publicly humiliated and discriminated against (in front of store employees and customers  by a supervisor (Jason Ricker)at Verizon Wireless store in Frederick Md.  i have been a customer for 20 years but never have experienced this level of disrespect before. Have tried to handle this through local management chain of command. But they will not even respond to my emails/phone calls.
