My iphone 13 is on the blacklist for some reason. I bought it in Tajikistan - brand new and now am in Europe. The simcard only worked for three weeks and then it stopped. Please help.
From what you're describing, this phone was lost or stolen somehow and then ended up overseas. The only thing you can do is to get a refund from whomever sold you the phone.
