This is what Verizon Tier 2 told me to do:  Except my phone is stuck on.  LOL!

Press and quickly release the volume up button.

Press and quickly release the volume down button.

Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this takes around 10 seconds)

If your iPhone doesn't turn on, charge your iPhone for one hour and then try again.  If your iPhone shows a low-charge battery, check your hardware and charge your iPhone again.

And Verizon seems to be out of the new times where most cell phone companies can do a reboot over the phone without doing it manually.  I was told they cannot do that as they do not have the ability to do this.

It's not possible to reboot a phone over the air. It is however possible to trigger an update to network settings which is what you are likely familiar with.

We definitely want to make sure that your device is working properly. Could you please provide more details about the device's issues being experienced? Also, does it have any physical or water damage? ~Geo
