IPhone 6 Plus not ringing, only vibrates

My IPhone 6 Plus doesn't ring when I get a phone call, it only vibrates.  I've turned the phone off and on, but there's no ring tone even though in my Settings it is set up.  Anyone else have this problem?

Let’s get you ringing again avidskier! I know that it’s important to make sure all features of your phone work so let’s dive in. With the iPhones, there is a mute/silence button that can accidentally get hit on the side of the phones. http://vz.to/1LQyZrp Please check to see if that is accidentally turned on. As you will see an icon on your screen to let you know if on or off. It will say Ring or Silent. Keep us posted!
