Thank you for contacting us pertaining to your inability to get email on your device. Most email servers periodically update SECURITY to prevent unwanted entry. If the email service provider has its own EMAIL APP, I'd suggest downloading it from the APP STORE and use it so that any updates from that service provider can be downloaded to the APP on your device. Also if any changes to your email profile needing to be done, they should be done on a computer and not the phone since the phone FETCHES your mail and can not make changes to the profile directly. Finally, if you have done everything to get your email going without success, I would reach out to the email service provided to inquire about any changes to the PORT SETTINGS. Sometime email providers change to another server path and they can help you manually install the correct PORT SETTING on your device. Hope this helps.

We want you to be able to enjoy sending and receiving emails on your new iPhone. What type of email account are you having issues with (Gmail, yahoo, AOL, etc...)? Do you have more then one email account on your device? If so, are all email accounts having the same issue? Are you able to see that the emails are received when signing to the email account on the computer?
