IPhone 7 Plus horrible pictures and battery life

Anyone having problems with iPhone 7 Plus taking horrible pictures. I got the 7 plus the rest of the family got just the 7 and theirs take amazing pictures. My battery life sucks too. I love my big phone but I’m def not happy with it!

We always want you to be happy with your device. How long has this been going on? Is your camera able to take video on a better quality or is it the same as when taking pictures? Since this started, have you tried a Factory Reset?
