In-Store pickup

I placed an order for In-Store Pickup because I work from home and don’t have time to go to the store. Today is now the 3rd day that my order is saying “We are preparing your order for pickup”. I have called multiple times and went to the store and they are no help at all. One guy even lied and said he called the store and they said it will be ready the next day and here I am today still nothing. Whats going on ? I’m new here and I’m already ready to switch to a new company because of this.
