I have been with Verizon for over the past 5 years. I have been given more inaccurate information from there reps via customer service & in store(corporate office) over the past 60 days , than I have since I started service.
I am very unsatisfied as a customer and Verizon should teach its workers in a better way. This way they will understand the policies and procedures and be able to give accurate information to consumers.
Majority of the decisions are made on the information provided.
