I have a broken phone and a working phone sitting here.
Working phone has been active on my line before and Ive had it repaired.
Every time I try activate my old phone in my verizon it says that the line is ineligble.???
what is the problem here?

I am sorry to learn that you are having trouble with the activation of the phone. Are you trying to activate the phone online? What is the make and model phone that you are trying to activate? What was repaired on the phone?
