My wife and I am having issues with our internet. We can make phone calls but, at times, our data will just stop. This happens in different locations and cities and at different times of the day. It will even happen when we are in the middle of using it. We have talked to tech support and gone through a lot of troubleshooting steps but still no change. We have only been with Verizon for 5 months and are having serious buyers regret. What can we do, if anything, to resolve this issue?
