IPhone service is continually being interrupted due to incorrect billing. This is been going on for several months now we spoke to so many representatives and staff trying to get this matter so but it's still on going. I am advised that this matter is being resolved and that credit will appear on your account, and give it time to post but that does not happen. I need someone who knows what they're re doing to review the account figure out what credits needs to be adjusted so that the account reflects what we were told.... that no payment would be due until July. Why is the service INTERRUPTED AGAIN with a balance due of over $400?????????
