We have an Ipad, which has been paid off. Do I really have to continue to pay for that line? We don't use that number associated with that line. We use Wi-fi and it currently has an unlimited plan. Can we just disconnect that line and continue to use it with Wi-fi? Thanks!
DHughes80, customers have the ability to cancel a line of service at any time. They only need to speak with Customer Service when wanting to do so. If the device is paid off, then there wouldn't be any additional charges associated with that device on the bill following disconnection so long as no charges resulted from use outside of what the plan allowed.
