I can barely hear a phone call with out going to speaker. When the speakers on it sounds muffled and like there was a lot of background noise on the other end but I can hear fine. I want to system, sounds and haptics and checked everything out there as well as volume at system/music volume but to no avail. I used a soft brush over the holes on the bottom of the phone. I still can’t hear a phone call. Please HELP!
I’m having the same issue. Does a Verizon protection plan do anything for this?
