Does my multi line Verizon total device protection cover my iphone 12 or do I have to buy Apple care as well? Does Assurion working on it void the warranty ?

To clarify, your warranty is valid while you have the insurance plan with us on your account. Filing a claim with Asurion would not void the warranty after the initial period for your replacement through your claim. You will not need to use Apple care unless you have used more than the allotted amount for your Asurion claim limit. Please let us know if this answers your question.
