Hello, I have an iPhone purchased from Verizon, and I would like to inquire about the unlocking process after 60 days. Could you please clarify whether these 60 days are counted from the date of purchase or from the date of activation? Additionally, do I need to use the phone on the Verizon network for the entire 60 days for it to be eligible for unlocking? Thank you for your assistance.

Good morning Hoj1999. We would love to help with these unlocking questions. It's a super awesome iPhone! The system auto unlocks it after 60 days. It does need to be active on our network for those 60 days and not suspended or used on another network. Learn more here:verizon.com/support/device-locking-faqs/ -Joe

Hey Hoji1999, your physical location shouldn't matter as long as the eligibility for your device to be unlocked has been met. We would need to take a closer look at your account to check on this. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.
