Iphone 5 final activation?

I activated my iPhone 5 by plugging it to iTunes and now my phone is activated. My question is am I done? Is there another step? Why am I only picking up 3g not 4g??

I had a similar issue working with a rep.

Power down the phone and then power it up. It should show searching and then come up with LTE.
