My iphone 5 s quit working about two weeks ago , it just quit working no power at all , won't charge won't to nothing , I have called Verizon and apple about this and no one can get it working I have there insurance so why won't they just send me a new phone , I have not had it a year yet , I really need a phone asap , what do I do now
You can replace it with insurance, through Asurion, the insurance provider. If it's less than a year old, though, I'd go through Apple and get a warranty replacement. Is there an Apple store nearby? You can go to Apple's website and work through their Genius Bar too.
If there is no damage to the device and you are still within a year apple will replace the device. If there is damage on device crack screen or water damage you will need to contact Asurion and order a insurance replacement.
