Iphone 7 + camera goes black

The outward facing camera on my iphone 7+ doesn't work.  I only have a black screen.  (Forward facing camera works fine).  I originally thought it was something with the ios 10.3.3 update, so I restored from a backup prior to the update.  Camera worked for 24 hours, and now is black again.  I'm not sure what to do from here.  Contact Apple?  Go to Verizon store and see if it's a device issue?

This is no way to take photos. Help is here. Is there any liquid or physical damage to the device that may be the cause of this? Here's a link to verify: http://vz.to/1OscmM7 What other tricks have you tried?
