I live in Brazil and my son brought me an Iphone 8 plus from the USA, but I can't use it because the IMEI is blocked as lost or stolen by Verizon Wireless, how can you help me? ?
That was really nice of your son to buy you a phone. I bet you are a proud father. Would you have the IMEI so we may verify lock. If on a lost/stolen list, only the account that reported as lost/stolen may remove the device.
