Iphone 8 Plus

Hello,

I may have entered my frustration in the ordering process in the wrong area

- I ordered an Iphone 8 plus.  Its an upgrade from my existing Iphone 6 for

all three in the family.

My issue is with the services.  I asked to reduce the 10 GB plan and make

it less.  Its family share, not individual 10 GB plan that I was on.

The cost as discussed online as well as chat was 265 per month as recurring

monthly charge.  Not 340 as I have it in my order confirmation.
