Has anyone experienced erratic screen behaviour, like its possessed? Verizon support said to do a soft reboot, didn't work. Then they said a complete reset, didn't work. Any ideas would be appreciated.
dsterbd, this is certainly odd behavior. As an iPhone X user myself, I can say I haven't encountered this trouble. When did this begin? Can you confirm by what you mean by a complete reset?
