I ran out of data and purchased a data boost; however I am unable to open any websites due to EXTREMEMELY slow speed when not on wifi. Phone and text still work. Note that data boosts did work when I purchased them about 9 months ago.
Was on the phone with a very nice technician for 2 hours and he was unable to solve the problem. Phone shows either 5G or LTE in the service areas (zip is 90266); however so slow cannot open any websites including maps. I can only operate on wifi now, even though says I have data and not in slow mode.
Waiting to see if changes back when my month is over; however if this can be solved may need to go back to att (15 year verizon user).
