Iphone keeps turning on and off

Hello - I have the Iphone 4. It just started turning on and off at work. It turns on and goes to the password screen and than about 12-15 seconds later it turns off to the screen with the apple and than goes back to the password screen. Please advise what I can do to fix this problem

Let's get this resolved Mark! You mentioned that this happens at work. Is that the only place you're having this issue? If so, are you having any problems with signal in this location or are you using wifi? If this is still occuring, is it happening while using any specific applications or tasks?
