What are you trying to do?

to locate your phone, you must have find my iPhone already active.   Sign in to iCloud on any computer and you can locate using your appleid and password. 

You you can also remotely wipe your phone from there also. Once you do, you cannot locate it, and it will be unable to be activated without the original Appleid and password.
