Technically true for now. However, when Verizon implements voice over LTE (granted it might take quite a while for that to happen - but it's definitely happening) then it should be possible with a software update to the phone.
Exactly my opinion too! I've had all the carriers and none of them match Verizon in terms of call quality and reliability.
yeah i think a phone that cant make phone calls is more of a deal breaker for me lol
If you are connected to wifi then you can talk and use the data.
