No you cannot. Apple does not have the hardware on the phone to make this a possibility. You can search on the web while on the phone if you are connected to a wifi source for data, though.

No, iPhones do not allow simultaneous voice and data unless you're using wi-fi (Apple didn't add the extra radio required).

pagemom2 That is correct. The 4G iPhone device is not capable of browsing the web and using voice simultaneously.
