I cannot get through to customer service OR support. I just purchased 3 phones in the past 24 hours and need assistance that the "VIRTUAL" assistant cannot understand. I have been a very loyal customer for 10+ years and after hours of trying to get a human being to assist, I feel like they have zero regard for client satisfaction. I am frustrated and any assistance would be appreciated.

I wish your statement above was true ... I've been dealing with customer service since October 2020 with no resolve. Our last Tech 3 personnel suggested we go with another carrier!!!! WHAT??? Still not giving up on Verizon we have been with you for over 11 years with no problem until October.
I just need to get to someone PROFESSIONAL that will help us with our problems with not receiving phone call or text messages in the house ... we also have an extender which gives us more bars but no phone calls! We live in LAKE ORION, MI

Terry1338, we certainly want all of our customers to get great service with us. We are here to help. Is the issue you are having only while indoors?
What model phones do you have? Do your phones confirm that they are connected to the Network Extender? You can check by dialing #48
Also, what model Network Extender do you have?

Why would you subject yourself to this? There's no advantage to giving a company money for many years. If Verizon is the best of a bad situation, that's one thing. If another carrier would provide better service, There's absolutely no reason to stick with Verizon. The idea of brand loyalty is a weird concept. 100% always go with what works, not stick to something because you've been using the same company for years.
