I called two weeks ago to trade in my iPhone xr The agent said I could get a $1,000 promotional credit for the phone so I agreed. Well it's been over 6 months and it still says on my account I am paying for the device payment and says the remaining balance on my iPhone is 600$ some odd dollars sell the phones retail was 1199 so it should say " pay off device in the amount of the remaining balance from the $1000 credit for the iPhone I sent them in for the $1000 and that was even when I had added a new line and for the iPhone 15 pro max this iv very aggravating and ignorant I've been a customer for 20 years now this is wrong please help me get ahold of me at 330 -303-9901 or my personal email I read a girl had posted on here and they had the almost same exact issue happening to them well this isn't right so please contact me either at the phone number provided or my personal email which is [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]

Dear rattlesnake 462 I finally got the right answer from agents for Verizon Wireless, the checked out my bill where company store manager Gorden Leonard 291 east 12300 south yes no one listed to me finally after 9 months __abc got Verizon to look at my account again, again, and again, they now are aware of the two devices charged to my account two weeks from each other. Keep fighting for your rights. Visit Verizon app and keep up with your efforts for as long as it takes you to get resolution. And don’t back down!!!! Now I have a bigger question for Verizon agents who don’t verify a customer’s email address, before they send a email to an cybercrime ring, who has that GMail that you ran from the cybercrime rings that, prey on Americans banks, accounts now are aware of my hiding number, keep fighting against the hackers who stole your information and your Gmail address to, track you down again. And an Verizon agent who willingly sent them all that information about you and your Verizon account changed phone numbers. I won’t back down from this fight.
