Hi,
I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. I was with AT&T for over 10 years, and I have been making phone calls to Mexico from that carrier all of those years without a problem. I have been on the Verizon network for two weeks, and when I call Mexico cell phone numbers I get messages telling me the numbers I called cannot be completed as dialed. But I'm dialing the same numbers I have for the past 10 years. Also, whenever we get calls from Mexico to our cell phones, the phones won't ring, and we get messages saying we missed the calls, but again, the phones never rang. Lastly, the times we have been able to get calls from Mexico, get an echo on our end. If we hang up, and call back the same number the echo is gone. We have done this a few times, and it's getting a bit annoying because something even when we are calling right back we can't get through.
We are making calls to major cities, and we never had these issues with AT&T. We have deleted the phone numbers, entered them again, rebotted our phones and we still have the same issues. I have 4 phone, all on iphone 11 pros. Has anyone else experience this? Any help would be greatly appreciate it.
Thank you

Where are you located? That might help someone in determining the cause of your issue.
Have you looked at apps like 'Network Cell Info Lite' to see what your cell signal is like and where it is coming from?
