Rosmarie527 Having a working keyboard is a must when using your phone. Let's test and see if it's the phone or the app you are using. Please go to settings > general > keyboard > tap keyboards to view a list of saved keyboards. Tap a new one and test it. Keep us posted. DoloresK_VZW
