I am with Verizon for last 12 years and need to upgrade device to iPhone 13. Customer service told I will get credit for $800.00 each device but need to switch to unlimited plan which will increase my bill by $ 55-60 each month which is wash for the discount I will get for device. I want to upgrade and want to keep same plan or get discount on unlimited plan so I can still pay about $80..0 for 2 lines otherwise I will switch to another carrier. SHAME ON VERIZON.
