I have three phones with VZ. Two Androids, and my iPhone. They Androids keep an LTE signal, my iPhone will not. Side by side the iPhone is in 3G. I have had the complaint since I purchased the phone back in June. I made a post then and using the Reset Network tip and it restores LTE but, it isn't for long at all. Any help would be great. Do I have a faulty phone? What can I do to keep LTE?
Did you ever hear from VZ? Try twitter using @VZWSupport they usually respond here. The VZ stores, although usually very friendly and want to help, don't seem to be able to assist to the level of Twitter. I applaud VZ for supporting this forum, but your chances are better on Twitter.
My experience anyway! Oh, and you mentioned June, it seems XLTE started rolling out then, and several associates w/ 5 & 5s are having reception problems. Is your voice communication okay? Is this strictly an LTE issue?
