For some reason if I leave my house today my phone isn't working at all as far as the Internet. Is there a way to check if it's down in my area?

Having a proper internet connection is essential, so let's get this addressed for you right away. To make sure I'm on the same page, are your other services working without any issue (calls and texts)? Be sure you're not connected to Wi-Fi when checking on this. Also, to take a look at your area, can you please provide the nearest intersection and city/zip code for the last location this issue occurred? Lastly, is this happening no matter where you travel to?
