Called yesterday and was put on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up on. The thing was that the rep didn’t really put me on hold. So I could hear him laughing at me and making fun of me to his coworkers. He hung up on me right at 7pm when they closed. After years of having Verizon I’m appalled at how I was treated. Making fun of your customers? That’s how it is? I’ve never been treated so poorly and I will be going to a different carrier due to this experience. Get better customer service reps because that was so unprofessional it’s crazy.
