I don't use the cloud. Do I have to use it for this to work? Getting frustrated, wish I had kept my other iphone. Tried signing in and was confused by directions. Is there any live support I can get on this. My old phone I virtually never touched my phone in the car, this "newer" model has my eyes off the road in order to make a simple call.
