Hello, I would like to know if it’s normal to have the SIM locked. I just got a new cell phone plan with the IPhone 14 128GB, but after setting up the iPhone, I just saw that it’s locked.
Plus, I tried to sign in Verizon app but the specialist didn’t told me about a password to create (only a 4 digit pin). Now I can’t sign in and register either. I don’t know what to do and even can’t see my informations on my Verizon account.

Oh so I can’t use the cell phone yet? Because the Verizon specialist who sell it to me said that I could use it at the same day.
and yes, I’m trying to log in My Verizon app but still saying that “experienced an error”. I don’t know if I have to create a new account or I already have one, since I made a cell phone plan in store with a specialist there.
