Looking to get new iPad Pro, can I just add it to my current cell line? Is there a Wi-Fi only option?

I don’t want to get rid of my phone obviously, but I’d like to get an ipad . I don’t need cellular data on it though as I’d just be using it via wifi at home. Is this an option? When I go to order the only options I see are “add new line” or “ upgrade line”? Can I upgrade my line and have both my phone and the ipad on the same?

I have an iPad on my account for wifi/data only. You still have to have its own phone number/line for it but don't need to have voice service. I don't believe it can share the line of another device on the account.
