Loss of Service

Hello, 

I work overnights and EVERY night around 2 am I lose service for approximately 2-5 minutes. The LTE goes away, the cell strength bars goes away, and all I see next to the battery life indicator is three dots (...). Usually, I’m on a call at this time and is why I even noticed. The call is dropped and I can’t make a call or text until the LTE returns. I’ve tried rebooting my phone during these moments and nothing. I will add that usually I’m speaking with my daughter who is on my plan and her phone does the same exact thing during our calls. 

I have an iPhone 11 and she has an iPhone 11 Pro Max

I've been experiencing this quite often and as recently as a few minutes ago, which prompted me to post on this forum.
