Loss of data while connected to network

Hi,
I have been experiencing a complete loss of data while connected to both 5G and LTE networks. The problem started yesterday in zip code 85054 (my work location). When the problem began yesterday I upgraded my data plan and also upgraded my phone. When I entered the above mentioned zip code again this morning the data loss occurred again.
Please let me know if there is any additional info I can provide to help resolve this issue.
