Lost Order

I ordered an Ipad air on the 13th of July along with a few other items and I paid for next day shipping. I got the confirmation email and the respective amount was taken out of my bank account but I never got another update on the order. It's been a week and the order is still processing when I check it. I chatted with a Verizon agent and it turns out they can't find my order. Apparently they can see the confirmation email but still can't find my order. Did anybody else have this issue and was it fixed? The Verizon Agent did say that they could issue a refund but I would really prefer to just receive the items that I ordered.
