I sent 2 iPhone 14 Pro phones back to Verizon for an upgrade. Both phones were received in sept 2023. 1 phone was credited to my account on oct 3rd but as of today Nov 21 the other has yet to be found. They have now billed my account 650.00 for this phone. And payment was due yesterday. It’s been a long drawn out process that should not have been this hard. Does the attorney general handle cases like this?
