Ordered a 32gb space grey on Sept 20th. Got a conformation email. My friends who ordered the same phone at the same time received theirs this week. Got hold of a business rep who said he would look into, that was two days ago. Today, through Twitter, a rep found out that the business rep reordered my phone yesterday and the expected ship date is Oct 28th , If I wouldn't gotten hold of the guy on twitter, I would still be waiting for the fed-ex truck everyday, thinking my phone was coming. I know its only a phone, but business customer service stinks.
