MAIN IN REBATE PROMO FORM STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED

Bought the iPhone 13 Pro and still waiting on the mail in rebate form to send in my old device and if ever trying to call in by phone cant get past the automated system to get a live rep to help wrap this up

WALKERBZ, Getting your rebate information going is key so let's gather more information. What promotion did you sign up for? As normally our Verizon Wireless promotions are done online via a website versus a form.
