I have 4 lines on my account all iPhones. For some reason 1 of my lines will not send MMS messages to Android and when I’m in a group chat I get separate texts from each person instead of in a group chat. I’ve upgraded my phone to a iPhone 15 thinking maybe it was my 13’s problem, reached out to Apple who says MMS is a carrier issue and spoken to Verizon chat to no avail. All 3 of my other lines work just fine. I have tried all the suggestions to reset network setting and blocking specific services on the Verizon app.

 

any other ideas?

Texting is my number one form of communication, so I understand how important it is for it to be working correctly. For the group text, is that all coming in individually for iMessage as well? Can you receive MMs from Android devices?

Just MMS. I spent a couple hours on the line with a tech. He confirmed it was just this one line, nothing to do with the device. He escalated it up to the engineering department and I was supposed to get a call back this past Tuesday and never received a callback. I’m pretty disappointed in Verizon right now.
