Message failed to send

Hi, I am using Iphone XR with Verizon sim card.

I recently have "message failed to send" errors so I restarted the phone.

However, it did not fix this issue. 

I get really annoyed whenever this happens. 

I do not want to pay my precious money for this quality of service.

If anyone having the same issue, please let me know how to fix this.
