Message+ on my macbook pro

Ever since I updated the app on my MacBook Pro a few days ago, it opens and is completely blank.    I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, but I never get prompted to enter my cell #, etc.  Any suggestions?

You might look at the other related thread discussing this issue this week.  There apparently is an issue with this latest update.

@vzw_customer_support , @danieller_vzw   How about getting some CONSTRUCTIVE information on this issue from the Verizon Messaging Team instead of unhelpful distractions?  There are MULTIPLE threads that identify a definite issue with the newest versions of the app.

Who was that rude message directed at? 

If you know of links to other discussions, include them in your response. I searched on MacOs and Message+ and this thread is where I wound up.

Verizon Support: please also provide links to known solutions to this issue. The links in your responses are to the general information page. Message+ on Mac Big Sur doesn't sync, that's
the problem I'm looking for a solution to.
