Since activating my 12 Pro, texts are missing in groups. The conversation doesn't make sense, or someone answers a question I never received. Is anyone else experiencing this? I upgraded from a 7 Plus and was not having any issues.

Group messaging has to work correctly, flypay. It is awful to hear things are not going well for you with group messaging. You mentioned you were chatting with Tech Support when you posted to the community two days ago. Are you still having the issue?

Hey George. Verizon did some behind the scenes work, but I was still having an issue. Apple tech support had me do a few things this morning and we’ll see. I do see a fast growing population on both the Apple and Verizon support sites of this issue. Seems to be a problem for many regardless of carrier. Appreciate you checking back in. Please try and make sure your team is tracking this as a larger issue than my single phone. - Jim

Thanks for getting back to us Jim. We will definitely lift this up. What troubleshooting has been done so far? Were these iMessages or all group texts?

YES! This has literally been driving me crazy for over a week. I'm on the phone with verizon, again, trying to figure this out. I have done a tech chat with them as well. Nothing helps. For me, it's wifi or cellular data, some iphone users, some android users, and 85% of the time in group texts but sometimes person to person. It's really irritating and inconvenient.

amberg83 The last thing we want is for you to feel irritated or inconvenienced, especially when you should be happy you got a new phone. Since you are working with our Tech team on the phone, we suggest you continue with them. The last thing we want is to have you duplicate the same steps.
