Need help. My daughter is a co-account owner and full time in college. We followed the rules and applied for the student discount. It went through on the site where you verify but we never got the discount. I chatted in March 2021 I believe with Verizon. Said to wait and it should happen soon. It never did

The student discount is for current unlimited plans and only for a max of 2 lines. If your account doesn't have the correct plan or have more than 2 phone lines, you wouldn't qualify.
If you do have a current unlimited plan and have 1 - 2 phones, I would call in so that can be fixed.
tHANKS FOR THE information. Do you know how I can get my daughter (and son w ho is also in school) "split Off" my main account so they can both get the student discount? Can I just chat in and request it?
