I waited on hold 59 minutes with only my mifi for calling. No data available so after another 39 minutes rep said I need another router for mobile Data? Then she disconnected and never called back? I just signed on with Verizon 3/15/24 and have to say it was a mistake. I have spent 8 days trouble shooting and fixing activation issues etc and now I'm being told there is no Verizon cellular service at my home and I must use another router???? They are supposed to mail me one free but I never received any confirmation that a router is being sent. Meanwhile, all I have is the 15 GB off my hot spot device to use for every on phone and computer.
I'm very disappointed in Verizon. They were the best when I was with them I 2014 - 2019.

Hello, Shadow1226. Thanks so much for reaching out and my apologies to hear you are experiencing issues. Help is here. I do need more info regarding what's happening. Are you stating that your cellular phones are having issues with data? Or are you asking about Verizon Fios home internet issues? Please clarify.
